as people mentioned below, noisy dog / kids / truck is the biggest problem.
safety' this is OPEN apartment. someone just lost the apple laptop in unit.
manager' she is even worse than the previous one. her job should be how to make people live here feel safe and comfortable. but what new manager did was, adding more and more useless rules, like don't leave anything in your balcony/patio.
never willing to reduce rent for existing resident, but give supper low price for new resident. so you see people moved out, and people moved in ..... unstable community
