The apartments here are very hot when the weather gets warm, and there is no AC in the units. The bathroom fan and pipes are also very loud, especially in the bedroom. Also, you can forget about your deposit when you move out -- even if you keep the apartment in good conditions, the management will charge you for ridiculous things that will eat up your deposit.
