nice place - We've lived here for a year and we really like this complex. Grounds are very clean, pool is great and apartments have good size and layout. Noisiest apartement ever, be warned Don't be fooled by how nice the actual apartment looks. The insulation is so bad that you can hear anything that is happening in your neighbour's apartment. It is unbelievably noisy that i lost sleep. the apartments facing the parking are worse

These are old apartments with exorbitant rents. They charge for location.
Overall they are average. I dont have major complaints. They were chargin 1700 for single bed in 2007.
