Great luxury apt. in heart of downtown.

I have been at 1010 from 2004, one of the early tenants. Teething problems at first - elevators, garage door, bare walls, strangers in the building .... But now the building is great: security is good, upper floor lobbies decorated, minor repairs fixed within 24 hours (leaking bathroom sink & burned-out ceiling lamp in my case), get acquainted parties for tenants (coffee/cookies), and a friendly, helpful staff. And the inhouse gym is wonderful on cold rainy days! The tenants are a great mix from students to seniors.
