I lived here six months and within that time I have had cockroaches and 5 maintaince requests (3 were to fix the same thing). On the last request no one responded to me so I exercised the right to repair and deduct. Two days later they gave me a 30 day notice (even though I had a lease). The place is only a few years old but everything is cheaply made and is constantly falling a part. Managers don't care about privacy. One Sunday I had just finished my shower and the maintance guy, walked in unannounced for no reason. At first the apartment seems nice but its all show. It's not worth having everything break down and managers who enter (constantly) without reason or notice but are no where to be seen when you have a repair problem. When I contacted the owner's (The John Stewart Company) they ignored my phone calls. When they picked up the phone on accident they said they would take care of the problem just to get me off the phone and I never heard from them again. There are at least seven vacancies because others are also disgusted with the management. Needless to say I am now in the begining of a major legal battle with them. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

You must have lived there prior to the new management. Previous management was awful! It's a great place now!

I've been living here for over 2 years and never had any problems like that. Sounds awful - glad to see this was written back in 2004.
