Terrific location near down town Santa Cruz and the beach! Some noise, but apartment living is like that. Don't understand what the previous "reviews" are talking about' Very happy here, sorry to leave. Pat is very nice and always tries to help, as does maintenance. Parking is an issue but that is not managements' fault, it's a city issue. I would highly recommend living at Chestnut Street Apartments.
