I agree with other reviewers, the place is pretty cheaply made.. but when you're a college student, you need a lot of room because you have a lot of roommates! haha They are pretty picky when it comes to the deposit though. I think we only got back about $66.. and we had hired a cleaning service too! Waste of $300! Management was okay, never had any real problems, but weren't the friendliest of people. Laundry area was nice, except I do wish it was 24 hours instead of locked up at 10 pm. If you get off work at 6 or 7 pm, there isn't much time to do laundry. Oh, great incentive to continue living there is the discount in rate. We lived there for 2 years, and each year we got $100 knocked off. So overall it wasn't a bad place. I would probably live there again if I had to.

Wow - the discount is *not* something I've experienced. My rent has actually been increasing, from $1150 to $1315 now. I don't think I'd pay much more than that for a one-bedroom in this area...
