I've lived here for over 2 years and have nothing but praise and respect for Pat and Eddie. They've always been friendly and considerate, and have responded quickly to any issues.

The only problem with this complex is the large number of UCSC students. They tend to be noisy, inconsiderate and immature - clearly not used to living outside of their parent's homes. Loud, late-night parties, electric-guitar playing, ringing our doorbell in the middle of the night, wanting a "boost" up to their window because they locked themselves out... the list of oddities goes on and on.

Luckily Pat is very sympathetic and quick to respond to noise complaints. I can pretty much guarantee that those other nasty comments about Pat were written by bitter students who were "disciplined".

Unfortunately the complex has new management, starting tomorrow, and Pat will be gone. I can only hope that the new management will be as responsive as Pat, or this place will be miserable to live in.

I disagree with this post. I am a working individual that loves his quiet and peace. The college students did in fact have their parties. However, when asked to lower their volume, they did it within a matter of seconds. However, Pat was not and is not a nice person. If anything, that lady was an Ogre. At all instances she was very hostile towards tenants and wanted to charge you for everything, even normal wear and tear. She was breaking so many laws and frankly, a law sue waiting to happen.I am only glad that she has left and that we have new management.
