	Dealing with the on-site manager was very pleasent. We were lucky enough to get an apartment that was old: so it was due for new counters and floors and we got a nicely rennovated place. And as for the "rules" ... more

	This is a nice location. After the dot-com bomb I was able to get my rent reduced when I saw they were offering apartments to new renters for less than I was paying! However, there are a million rules here ... more
