not terrible, but close enough

It's definately pretty, and it's in a great location, but the management, especially the head manager Valerie, are incredibly condescending if you're anywhere under the age of 25, often being downright disrespectful. The apartments are small, the water pressure is moody and the water itself is full of lead (you actually have to sign a part of the lease that says you're ok with that.) The ceilings are good old-fashioned asbestos, though, so that's a plus. The parking situation is dreadful, if someone else parks in your spot and you are forced to park in someone else's spot, there ends up being a long chain of misplaced cars that will all be towed within an hour, and don't expect anyone else to help you out with the cost of that.
All apliances are electric, so if you like to cook you should get a very early start. And the dishwasher is not only poor but it quite literally falls out of it's fixture, and the maintenance do little more than find a different way to screw it into the cracked particle board it's falling out of (this hasn't just happened in my apartment, but in two other apartments that I know of, it's just shoddy workmanship.)
There are much better places where you will be treated with respect, I recomend you find one because it will save you a lot of unnecesary stress
