We had a bad experience since our first week! First of all we were suppose to move on 7/15, when we arrived there the "wonderful" staff told us the apt. wasn't ready!!! LUCKLY we did not have a uhal truck full with our stuff and we had a place to stay in Monterey.... did they care' did they apologize''' Second our mail box key... it took them 4 days to get us a key!! it should be given with the apt. keys! did they care' any apologies'' NO!
The apartments are just like a shoe box with a window, NOTHING SPECIAL! The area is beautiful, lots of trees, birds, the lagoon... the workout room needs LOTS of improvements, and for how much they charge us for rent they should be able to! Pool area is avarage! The staff... not only they have a horrible atitude, they are not in the same page, they don't have a clue of what is a good customer service, they don't follow up when you make complains.... and the sad thing is the people from the main office in Walnut Creek are the same... so how the staff in the local office could be better'''
oh, and I almost forgot, 6 days without hot water and NO WARNING!!! that is what frustated the most, the fact of coming home tired from work and school and not having hot water and not be aware of!!! did they care' did they apologize'' of course not! they fixed but they never gave us any compansasion for the inconvenience! they did even care about the arrengements we had to do to take a simple shower! So if you want to have a good experience in SC please go somewhere else! don't trhow your money in the toilet!!
