I didn?t have allergies until I moved to Cypress Point- the apartment buildings are old, dusty and moldy. Water temperature seriously fluctuates, after hours emergency maintenence is non existent, it's extremely noisy, the parking is HORRIBLE and they screwed me on my deposit refund and my monthly rent. On top of that, the manager when I moved in, Valerie, was the most unprofessional woman I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Two days after I signed the lease, she called to tell me I would be paying a late fee because she lost my deposit check. I wasn't about to pay anything else and because I stood up to her, she hated me. I constantly heard from my neighbors and other friends living there that Valerie had made some nasty little comment about me to them. Luckily she's gone now, although I can't say the new manager is much better- if you're young, be prepared to be firm and more than a little bitchy when it comes to making him take you seriously.
