RUN.... AWAY!!!

Cypress Point likes to point out the heated pool, the spa, sauna, weight room, rec room, and wildlife sanctuary, but avoid pointing out the hidden warning signs all around the complex, informing people of the reproductive hazards, the terrible parking situation, the mold in the apartments, the water spots on the ceiling, the noise from the gardeners, and the racoons!! The gardners will wake you up at nine o?clock or earlier, even on saturdays! The racoons are always in the trash. It sounds crazy, but they are really scary! They run across the pool area at night and chase you if you have food! The people at the office are very rude and ignore the complaints. The electricity and water are always being turned off for emergency reasons. They sometimes leave a note making the tenants aware of the shut-off, but the water or electricity will be off from 7-5 the next day! When they turn the water back on, it?s not clear, it has a lot of particles in it. The electricity was horrible, before they fixed it. While watching tv, every minute or so, the screen will get dim and then go back to normal. The same thing happened with the lights. The maintenance people are really nice, but forgetful. I was supposed to get my blinds replaced, the new blinds for my apartment never came. I lived there for 10 months! They also went into my apartment after I had spoken with the rude young lady at the office telling her that they were not allowed inside unless I was home. She was also in charge of the parking. The "parking princess" was a joke because there is nothing nice about her or the parking situation. To get to my parking space, I did not walk a couple of feet to get to my car, but rather, across the pool area and into the next parking area. Imagine trying to carry your groceries while unlocking the pool gate doors. My advice to people is to run! It is the most uncomfortable living situation. The cost of living there is too high for all the trouble there is. The rooms are humid and always smell bad. There was mold all over the apartments and is a health hazard everywhere you go! Plus, your clothes are going to stink like the apartment! The apartments are bad in other ways too. Every step you make is heard, and you can feel the floor move! My friends could hear the neighbors fornicating. I had the pleasant experience of hearing my neighbor snore all night and my other neighbor singing in the shower. I had to move in a month before school started and move out almost a month after it ended because of their leases. My friends had to sleep at my place before school started and had to pay extra to live in the complex a couple weeks after school because their lease was too short. They rip you off either way.
