MOLD IS A HEALTH HAZARD, SO IS THE MANAGEMENT

If you don't want to read this long review: DO NOT MOVE IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! MY FRIEND GOT SICK BECAUSE OF THE MOLD.

Anxious to find a place to live before the school year started, my friend and I moved into the ridiculously pricy Cypress Point Apts. Sure enough, a couple of months later we realized it was the biggest mistake we could have ever made. Not only was there mold growing in every part of our tiny studio, there was a horrible humid smell that permeated into every single one of our belongings. Until now, my school books still carry the hard to remove smell.(I had to wash my clothes like 10 times right after I moved out to make the smell go away)

As if having to wake up to the sound of lawnmmowers every week at 7am wasn't enough, if you love bugs Cypress is the place for you. Leaving the screen door open for more than a couple of minutes would send lots of huge bugs into our place. (Due to the "wildlife sanctuary")

The management at Cypress is horrible. Valerie and Ginger "The Parking Princess" were some of the rudest, most -----retentive people I have ever met. Hostility and lots of sarcasm were the treats of the day. They had no respect for the large college student community they housed, making smart remarks about our ages and maturity.

Also, we were cheated out of our $700 deposit. Though our studio "was the cleanest place" the maintenance inspector had seen in a long time, he still charged us almost $200 for paint(the cheap paint they use on the walls got stained with our bed comforters.

To sum this all up, EVERY SINGLE person I know that has lived at Cypress has hated it. Don't move there, and don't get swept away with the whole "spa, work-out room, pool, wildlife sanctuary, etc." descriptions, they are not worth it!
