I've read all the complaints and, while I'm sure they are valid, I've had nothing but good experiences here. If I have a problem with anything, they are there to fix it right away. Even changing lightbulbs are handled by them.

The application process was least amount of trouble I've ever had. There's that darned credit report fee, but all places have that. You can get your own credit report and skip the charge. But the charge went to my rent, so I was happy.

I've had people park in my spot, and yes, this sucks, but management offered me an easy solution and I have no problems now.

This is the only place where I've never had a hot water problem. In fact, it may be too hot.
