mold mold everywhere. my bathroom is covered in mold. it is ridiculous. i have to leave the fan in the bathroom on for hours after taking a shower in hopes that it will stop or at least slow down the growth of mold that covers the ceiling, unfortunately it does not help. ive asked them to replace the fan, which when i moved in they said they would do if it was a problem. when i called and showed them the mold and the SMELL they said nothing was wrong an refused to fix it. everyone who uses the bathroom comments about the moldy ceiling and the smell of mildew. The grounds are ok, but the ground surrounding my dumpster is full of BROKEN GLASS, which is dangerous for everyone. cigarette butts litter my stairs and walkways. The apartments are way overpriced for the area. The paint is peeling off the moldings and doors because they dont sand and prime before they repaint apartments when they turn them around, they just paint over layers and layers of old paint. then they charge you to repaint everything, which if it had been done properly in the first place would have been fine. the management is a pain to deal with and are generally unhelpful about everything. The internet company they reccomend is about twice as much and less than half as slow as regular DSL or cable companies and the connection is not even constant. Mine never works after 7pm and during the day goes on and off.
