Beware of management.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Management were particularly rude to deal with. They not only offended myself and housemates, but our guests on more than one occasion. In the event of a robbery, nothing at all was done to support or compensate us(even though they were clearly liable). Also, the small closetlike space was not adequate for the price. Check your local listings for a better deal.
