I am a former resident of the Cypress Point apartments and veiwed my lease as a jail sentence. The managment is terrible, very unprofessional and abuse their power taking advantage of students and unexperienced renters.
In less than a years time my car was mistakenly towed 4 times, during holidays and 3 day weekends,costing me more than 1200.00 in towing fees. I've also heard similar stories from other residents and was not at all surprised when I logged on to this site and found all the negative reviews, further letting me know that you don't always get what you pay for.
This site is perfect for resaerching apartments I only wish I would have known about it before moving into Cypress.

Sorry to hear that the management has gotten so bad :( Glad I don't work there anymore I guess! The parking problem is that the prior owners of the complex (before I worked there) passed out a LOT more parking stickers than there are parking spaces. That's why there is such a parking problem there. At the time, we tried to get the Fire Marshall in and paint smaller but more numerous spaces. The Fire Marshal said: "No, you WILL paint 'No Parking' zones in here and you WILL enforce them, or I will have you closed down. Period." So suddenly there were FEWER parking spaces than we had before...(sigh)....
