the lady at the front desk made several ridiculous mistakes. she messed up my record, resulting in sending me a three day notice to move out. when my friend and I came to see a 1br apt, she kept asking if we wanted it or not during the entire visit. Then when we diecided to rent it, she said would give us as call the next day, but she didn't. then we called back, but she gave it to someone else, because we didn't put down deposit, which she didn't say anything about! later when we came to sign the contract for anohter unit, she took more than an hour figuring out how to prepare the document.

what makes me mad is that she didn't appologize for the mistakes she made, instead, she said "oh, it's ok".

during several visits to the office, I noticed that she was only nice to certain kind of people. however, the new manager was quite professional and friendly.

the maintenance team was great, prompt, and nice guys.

if you are a quiet person or someone who gets annoyed by loud music - I mean, really loud - then you probably want to go somewhere else.
