The management team at CP Apartments is the worst group of people I've ever met in my life. They're utterly unhelpful, unreliable, forgetful, and downright rude. I moved out last month, and not only did they give me none of my deposit back, but they think that I owe them $375. The wrongful charges on the statement were appalling. They replaced perfectly good carpet thinking that I'd just pick up the tab so the next renter could have new carpet. The maintenance crew constantly drove their carts over the lawn creating mud puddles that I had to walk through causing me to track mud into my apartment. My dirty carpet was their fault, but it was just mud, a steam cleaning would have been sufficient. Even though the office says it's open from 9-6 every day, I rarely found anyone there when I needed them. When I would call, I'd be put on hold or even told to call back another day when a manager was there because the lower staff has no clue how to handle anything. One day, the complex decided to repave some portions of the parking lot, and after giving a half-hearted warning on Friday night, come Monday, instead of contacting permit holders, over 15 cars were towed, each owner being charged $275 in towing fees for parking in their own, assigned space. All I can tell you is stay far, far away from this place. Don't even look. The landscaping is misleading. Once they lock you into a contract, their faces make a full 180 and you become useless to them as long as you keep paying the ridiculously high rent rates.
