I lived there for one year and they had to shut the water off SIX times.
The garbage truck comes about 3 times a week, it is LOUD in itself, it goes around the complex and shakes the hell out of each dumpster (it goes on for like 30-45 minutes) and it also comes at about 7 am.
I also lived across from a "crack" house/apartment.
They also jacked up the rent for us when we had friends in the SAME kind of apartment renting for $300 cheaper, just because we moved in Sept. 15 instead of Sept. 13.
There was mold growing on our bathroom ceiling and underneath the kitchen sink.
They only offered us a year long lease but they DO have 9 month leases. If you're desperate enough to live here, and you don't want a 12 month lease, don't let them give you one.
When the windows are closed, they're paper thin...when people are talking outside, it's like you're sitting right there with them...you can even hear the sounds of people walking and it's SO loud when you're trying to sleep.
I've never met ONE resident happy with the place...and I'm glad it is in my PAST!
