The maintanence folks are real nice and the office folks can be, but they needed to do maintance on our building and left people notes and they got home from wherever to find that "In 5 days you have to leave your apartment for 2 weeks, sorry for the inconvencience." They tried to keep the rent. We are battling them now. There is a laundry room, but one or two of the 6 washing machines and 6 dryers are usually broken. My dishwasher broke and it took more than two weeks to fix it, and they would have not done it that fast except that I kept stopping the maintanence guys and asking them to fix it (they are nice).

Doesn't Cypress Point have 1 reserved parking space for each apartment? Additional parking spaces can be rented for $30/month according to one of the leasing reps.
