I lived here for about a year with my friend and boyfriend. 2 bed room 1 bath. I swear management changed about three times in the year I was there. Unfortunately we lived in one the apartments that hadn't been remodeled, so most of the appliances were absolute trash. Overall it wasn't TOO bad, utilities I thought were pretty resonable. Maintanece was pretty bad though. We had leaking in our roommates room, and they came to "fix" it and we kept telling them there was more than one leak (it was all up in the closet) .. took them almost a month to find the 2nd leak after repeated reports to the office. Ends up the upstairs shower AND our showers had leaks. Both of our screen on our windows were broken, put in request to fix.. never happened. Oh, and maintanance actually caused damage when they came to fix our lights. Fitness center is wayyy less than adaquate, and the pool was OK, but fairly dirty. Felt pretty safe however, don't expect to find parking any time, especially on the weekends when the college kids party.
