Not the worst place. Yeah the rent is too high, not to mention they've just raised it 25 dollars, but thats okay because i won't be renewing my lease. Parking is not so great, and there have been so many plumbing problems here we've had many a day without water. It takes maintenance forever to do anything even if you have a gushing pipe flooding the sidewalk outside your front door for more than two weeks! The kitchens are miserable, horrible dishwasher, stove and fridge; each barely works. The laundry is terrible, you have to go into the main office to put money onto a card that the washers and dryers take. The dryers are far from being even adequate; expect to spend 3 to 4 dollars to wash a load of clothes. Really though, my main issue with this place is the apartments are depressing. We have a single window in our entire apartment. At first i was kind of happy here, its nice and green around, byt inside the units it almost feels like renting out a dark prison cell. My advice would be not to rent these overpriced second rate living spaces, and find yourself a nicer place at a decent rice. Oh yeah somebody was stabbed right outside the building on felix street, could here the whole thing from my apartment, just something to think about.
