These apartments are 1970s' built with paper thin walls.I could hear the guy above me snoring and doing situps at 6AM.I could also hear his every foot step and movement.Some college students behind the other wall would party till 3AM.The rent went from $995 to $1250 after the lease was up.I kept the apartment super clean and the manager at the time still tried to bill me $500 for paint.I had to call the corporate office in Walnut Creek to get my deposit back because he was ignoring me for 7 weeks.The maintenance guy at the time was very invasive during inspections.He would open closets and cabinets.The only positive thing to me is the beautiful location on Nearys' Lagoon.
