I've lived here since 2004 and lived here previous before buying a place here in Santa Cruz, snf I've always had a second floor or third floor unit, it had a new appliances, carpet, paint double paned windows, the maintenance was excellent and management as well. Very close to the beach and the only bad thing was vandalism to many vehicles in the complex, but overall a good place to rent.
