Talk about location you can throw a stone 2 times and reach the pacfic ocean in this sunny Santa Cruz apartment community. We have lived here for the past 6 months and have been helped by a very courtious office staff, the maintanace guy Christopher is very resourcful, courtious, and keeps things in the best order possible. You should see the grounds that are beautiffuly landscaped with pool and it nice that it is pet friendly.
