| One of the best locations in Santa Cruz. The remodel is gorgeous and the management is very professional! The community is a must see for renters and great investment for owners. | ||||||||||||

| Pros: Good looking apartments, new appliances, good and quiet neighborhood. Cons: Apartments walls and between floors are too weak, and you do hear the neighbors. Apartments don't come with air conditioning and microwave. The maintenance service for the apartment not always are done ... more | ||||||||||||

| I lived at Swan lake for about 7 months and was constantly dealing with problems!! Never enough parking after 8pm, noise level always too high, maintenence was never prompt or effieciant, you could never get a hold of the office ... more | ||||||||||||
