Best Apartments in Santa Cruz - I have been renting at the Chestnut St. Apts for 2 years and I have been very happy with my time here. The buildings are new and in very good shape, so no mold problems or leaks from rain. Its about a 10 minute walk to downtown and the beach, so the location couldn't be better.
