I moved in May 1st. The neighbors are friendly, management is nice. The property is well maintained and I like the apartment. Only problems I have are people who do NOT pick up after their pets; broken down cars parked in the front of the parking lot and people who do not supervise their young children, especially in the pool. I have had no problems here whatsoever. My neighbors are quiet. The Highway 67 construction can be a little loud but I'm used to it and it doesn't bother me.

I live here, and if you have just moved in. I have to say I feel sorry for you. The kids that are not being supervised... well this has been going on since 2006. Hopefully you don't live in the bliuding that has the rouch problem. Bet they left that out too, and wait until your lease is up, the rent will sky rocket really fast. Best of luck to you.

First of all, to the person responding, learn how to spell roach. second if you have been here since 2006 then your probably the one that brought the roaches in. if you hate it then move.
