I have been living here for 2 years and no one can ever be satisfied when living in an apartment complex. I think its ok. The only real issues are the parking, the exit gate gets stuck sometimes and the kids like to skate board. Other than that everything else is ok as long as you mind your business and keep to your self. Some of these residents like to gossip about each other but as long as you mind your own business you will like it. The manager is very nice and tries to do her best to work with you as much as she can. Maintenace is ok, he only works certain days so sometimes it takes a day or two to take care of maintnence requests. like I said you cant get the best when living in an aparmtent and residents will never be satisfied. For the people that live here and dont like it then simply move out!!! Stop wasting your time complaining about how miserable your life is because you live in an apartment thats not run according to your standards.

You're right the manager does try to do her best, the issues really aren't with managment though are they?. No, there not. You must really stay couped up in your little space or never be home. So, I'm sure you've never notice the homeless little group of four who come and shower in our pool shower...or the man and women who dig through the dumpter or the out of control kids. But hey, it's none of my business that there are ten kids running wild that don't live in any of these apartments, and it really is ten little ones no more the 13 years of age. Just to keep you up to date, there are many "vacancies" for anyone who would like to move in, can't you guess why...? Oh... heres a clue, those who's leases are up, are moving out! WooHoo! and for those who have to wait sorry, your turn will come, and it will be one of the happiest days of your life! So, if you're a push over, like to "keep to yourself", you prefer not to meet people, have tons of kids that are missed behaved, like to swim in a pool full of kids pee, don't mind it your clothes goes missing every now and then from the laundry room, and don't mind the smell of pot, and don't mind the smell of dog pee if you live on the first floor. Then you have found you perfect home!
