I would try to find another place to live first.
The apartments themselves are adequate for what you pay.
The staff is friendly, but appear to pick indiscriminately which rules to try and enforce.
The parking is adequate, but the "locked" gates are almost always left open.
There are some really nice people that live here, but the problems are with a minority of people that management seems to have no intention of trying to do anything about.
There are some exceptionally loud tenants, and several young children that run around unsupervised.
Its not the worst place around, but it should be a the bottom of your list for choices.
Personally, I'm packing and cleaning up so I can move out of here within a couple months.
