Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I have lived here for three years now and I wish I never heard the words Canyon Terrace Apts. They take years to fix any repairs. It took them two years to fix my ceiling. Always have poblems with our assigned parking. They do nothing about bad tenants and kick out the good tenants.My opinion would be dont move here.
