I just moved to Canyon Terrace and must say that it is very cozy and quiet. The residents are nice and polite and that staff is precious. Melinda is always pleasant and has fun activities for my children. The maintenance is quick and stick to the 24 guantee program they have. I have enjoyed my stay and look forward to many years here...T

ya right i lived ther and it was hel they have galvinized pipes and they leak from the silling,you will see and we had mold in houre rooms the size of mushrooms it was decusting ther are roaches or what they call water bugs ,what ever the place is unsafe and decusting

Nice sales Job Canyon Terrace Apartment Management. Do you realize when you went through the process of making this false comment that you lied when you checked the box "I am not part of this apratments management". Folks This is an AIMCO property and their commssion-hungry sales minions routinely go out and create fake reviews like this one. Read one and you can cleary see through the stench. Noticce they have all the buzz words down? Ask yourself, if you were already in an apartment and happy, would you be such a loser as to spend your time on a apartment comment website?
