Rented for six months here, staff is courteous. Rental rates are too high in my opinion. Pool is not heated in the winter months. Property is just off Seco Canyon Road, and it is VERY loud. There's a fire station right next door, and every day, you will hear the loudest most annoying sirens as they go out on their calls. In fact, one just left as I am writing this review. My overall advice, find a cheaper place to rent. They do exist, but you won't find them on internet searches, you need to drive around town and actively inquire at various apartment houses.

My name is Lydia Shoff, and I am the Community Director of Canyon Terrace apartment Homes, in Folsom, Ca. Unfortunately, I believe this review was posted for the wrong community. We are located off American River Canyon and Oak Avenue Parkway, approximately a half mile to the nearest fire station.

Lydia, this review was posted for the CORRECT community. Unfortunately you failed to notice that there is more than one property named Canyon Terrace. The one in this review happens to be the OTHER property located in Saugus, CA which the poster clearly states in his/her review.
