You will float away Leaks EVERYWHERE There are leaks everyday the poor maintenance team has to constantly be on call to handle the water problems. They have let abyone move in to fill the place and I mean anyone! Drugs are prevelant DO NOT MOVE HERE......

Hope it has improved I lived here over a year ago and during my stay I had nothing very good to say about this place. The management was very difficult to deal with and the walkways were full of water bugs. Since then I heard the management has changed, so I hope this place is better now.

Good Staff, Acceptable Accomodations, But Not Perfect Rented for six months here, staff is courteous. Rental rates are too high in my opinion. Pool is not heated in the winter months. Property is just off Seco Canyon Road, and it is VERY loud. There's a fire station right next
