Ok, it's Sausalito but this place isn't a mansion and has little to no personality. Management--- new and obvoiusly rookies. The stairways are dark, the halls the smae with the look of dingy motel, the kitchen remodel is a joke and the walls are paperthin. But you have to remember the prices aren't that high compared to The City & at least you can park your car here.
On the otherhand is got a good location with the shopping center down the hill (if it had a Target or Whole Foods in there this would be the best place ever!) It's close to the freeway and if you get a view of the bay-- well its just goregous. Even the views of the headlands are lovely.
I know my review isn't glowing but I didn't want to take apart this place like the others (who obviously are RACIST & have AGENDAS) did. My advice- be patient, be open to new experiences, and appreciate the simplicity. It's a good way to look at life without constantly walking around angry & bitter.
