Hated it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005   This complex really went downhill after it was bought by Archstone. It used to be run by managment staff that had been with the complex a long time, and who took the time to get to know the residents. After Archstone came in the staff rotates in and out constantly. It is impossible to get familiar with anyone. They also got rid of most of the maintence staff, so the overall condition of the buildings have gone down. Look out for mold in these apartments. It is very very common, and managment will ignore it as long as they can. Also even though there are "This is a non-smoking building" signs on all the doors, there is nothing in the lease to back it up. This means you will get smoke in your apartment if youhave smoking neighbors, and there is nothing you can do about it.
