I lived in the 1 bedroom lofts. I have to say that it really is a beautiful community. The landscaping is great, the buildings are in pretty decent shape. The hallways are a little dark and somewhat reminiscent of a hotel hallway. But, I did love my apt. The view's were incredible. I lived in the semi-upgraded unit with views of the headlands. The problems that I had were the noise. You can hear everything. I'm sure my neighbors could hear me too, but that's bound to happen when the walls are paper thin. The bathroom was ok if maybe in need of a remodel. However one wierd thing about the medicine cabinet: it had it's own cooling system!. Whenever I opened it I could feel a breeze coming in from the holes in the slats that are used for the metal shelving. I think they could have insulated it much better. No wonder the bathroom was always freezing. Anyway, loved my apt. more than I cared about the rest of the complex. People pretty much kept to themselves and didn't bother you. But if you are a stickler for noise. This place is probably not for you. One crazy guy in his car woke up the whole neighborhood honking the hell out of his horn at 3 am because someone took his parking spot. It was insane. Anyhow, the place is beautiful, but the rent is a bit too steep. The location is great for city lovers who crave coming home to their own parking space.
