Water/Trash Bill $80 bucks a month for one person/rent went up $300 after one year From: wuzzup772000@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Well...the apts themselves are nice a decently maintained. The views are great from the top of donahue and the pool/gym is nice BUT...I live in the 1bdr loft by myself...they have this water/trash scam going where it is billed by a 3rd party company...it is 80 dollars a month for 1 persons water/trash...it went up without any notice..i am sorry, but i dont dump that much trash....i am a single girl for gods sake. I have always paid my rent on time...they take it directly out of my checking account....I just got my lease renewal...my rent went up $300 dollars a month... they also charge pet rent which is a joke also the laundry is really expensive...2.00 to wash...1.75 to dry... if you want you wallet drained this is a great place to live above the marin City getto...but the views really are nice
