From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response 1 photo   Avoid all possible contact with apartment/unit carpet or any painted surfaces or suffer a deposit drain and possibly an expensive move out bill. Not only was our deposit absorbed, we were billed an additional three hundred dollars for touch up paint, carpet cleaning and replacement. The best possible recommendation for current and future tenants is covering from head to toe in glad or plastic wrap. Archstone Sausalito is a well oiled- sophisticated profitable leasing engine and should be considered dangerous to your pocket book. Proceed with caution!
