	I love living here. A quiet building with friendly people. The rent is reasonable and they take of any problems quickly.

	They have an onsite handyman that can fix anything in a timely manner. (My last apartment it took forever) It is great to live down the street from a market and restaurants. Swimming in the pool right on the bay ... more

	We loved out three year stay there. The building had newly planted flowers each Spring and Winter. They had an onsite handyman to help with any of our needs. It was time to buy a home so we moved.
