Over priced From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001   Apartment has washer-dryer hookups and an utility room. Storage and a garage space. Those are the positive. The management is rude and has the attitude "that you are lucky to be here why should I do anything for you"... This is Marin City, not Sausalito. The rents are not properly adjusted to the market and are not worh the money. Why rent here when you can rent in Tiburon for the same rent. They are in denial that they are in Marin City. Also tons of ants are a big issue in the apartments west of the baseball field, which is terribly noisy.
