Nice Modern Spacious Place - Manager Sabina is great! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Lived in this place for two years. The rent was reasonable, it was convenient to the freeways, management responded to repair needs, and they were professional and respectful. The noise mentioned in these reviews is overstated. I found it much more peaceful than in the city, very pleasant, and generally wonderful. The manager, Sabina, is an absolute pleasure and very kind. I had two bedrooms, two baths, a garage, a large deck, high ceilings, and convenient easy location in a very modern building that was made for efficient and practical living in a nice complex. It was well below the average for this place in any other part of Marin county.
