Great Place to Live - I rented at the Portofino for a few years and had a great time there. The worst part about staying there was leaving. The building was well maintained, quiet and safe. These aren't in Sausalito - This is false advertising. These apartments are in Marin City. Big difference. As the previous reviewer stated these are very close to the projects. Edited We have been here with a small family for three years. Personally we did not have anything bad happen there at the Ridgeway but a lot people we knew did. Marin City is struggling and I think the Ridgeway is just a part of the chaos. It is a rough place to be now and I would not recommend
