Has seen better days. It leased up with the impression that we were treated with care, but they dumped the first, caring manager, and hired this person that has no clue.

Great place to live Acorn Court is a great, peaceful, quiet, place to live. Property is nearly-new, in a great location (built on a wooded hillside in Scotts Valley), and well-constructed.
Property manager is excellent. Property owners do seem a bit greedy with the rents, fees, etc., but ..full review of Acorn Court
