Has seen better days. It leased up with the impression that we were treated with care, but they dumped the first, caring manager, and hired this person that has no clue.

Great apartments - Inconsistent managment I was the first renter to move in when Acorn Court first opened, and since then I've seen many come and go. Most of all, though, I've seen the apartment management staff come and go. The original management was great, very caring and personable.

Great place to live Acorn Court is a great, peaceful, quiet, place to live. Property is nearly-new, in a great location (built on a wooded hillside in Scotts Valley), and well-constructed.
