Going downhill!! As a long term resident, I have seen the rent dramatically increase in my time at Oakwood. Unfortunately this has been coupled with a decrease in the service and reliability - currently most of the gym aerobic equipment is broken.

Too expensive We lived at Oakwood for 4 years. We received a shock in March when the property decided to increase our rent by over 20%. This compared to the past annual rent increases of 5%.

Very poor experience I have lived here with my wife and six year old daughter for one year now. The property appearance is nice but overall the experience here is poor. Only wireless internet and standard cable. Internet disconnects multiple times daily and is slow.

Large apartment, nice resident activities I have a lot of space in my apartment, and I love the resident events. There's happy hour, pasta night, movies, and kid's activities. The landscaping is really pretty and the pool is nice. Parking is difficult if you come home
