bayview community - I have lived here for less than 2 months and I like it. I don't have any problems with the management or the neighbors. Withheld deposit, paper thin walls If your looking long term, you really should safe yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. The walls really are paper thin, I could hear my neighbor when he snores and urinates, let alone talks or watches TV. Also management withheld my deposit

Lovely for people with pets They allowed a pitbull (45lbs) and a Boxer (75lbs) with no issue. This is a hard deal to find! Maintenance and office employees are wonderful. The owner is approachable and kind.

YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER This place is highly overrated...Noisy, dirty and poor laundry facilities. Staff is rude, apartments are small and old. If you get a furnished unit, plan on covering up the furniture before you can sit on it. Plan on covering up the old dirty carpets also. And

Not worth the money The apartment was way too small for what I paid. There are definitely better deals in the area, don´t just move here because they have a website and it seems nice. They took alot out of my security deposit for cleaning and repairs - they ´repaired´ the nail
