My wife and I lived here for only 7 months, but we enjoyed our stay for the most part. I was mostly displeased with the parking situation. We had a 2 bedroom, yet we were allowed only one parking space, thus I had to park on the street. There was also an ant problem for about a month. We set traps and the management did send someone to spray, but due to the fact of our 2 year old daughter, he couldn't spray inside. The problem was eventually resolved. Finally, we had the plumbing back up on us a few times and again the management handled it relatively quickly. The bottom line is that these apartments are old and could really use some major renovations. On the upside, it was a very nice community and I felt very safe leaving my wife and daughter during the day to go to work. There is only one way in and out and there is a security guard posted after hours. The staff is courteous - some more than others, and I believe they resolve problems satisfactorily. Not extraordinarily, but satisfactorily. If you can live with the occasional problems I would say this is a nice place to stay.

Interesting that he moved after 7 months! The occasional problems he had in that time should crop up in seven years, not in seven months! I can guarantee you, unless you're planning to live here for just a few months, you can expect problems like those and worse dozens of times!
