The Grand Villas in 2008 From: Guity Date posted: 4/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have been here since Oct 2006 and have seen much change. I too moved in under the previous management that did not care for tenant's needs but now with the new owners and management things have been changing and a lot of unuttended work has been cought up with. The Condo conversion is on hold for about couple of years and it has done a great deal for moral. Hopefully it can stand up to its original name of GRAND VILLAS.
